MG Red Frame was around RM 170 I think. Was hoping to get HG Blue and Red Frame, but they didn't have any on the shelves Ended up getting NG Gold Frame, G-Axes and the Expo RG Freedom.

Has anyone seen (at IPC or at Sg. Wang) the PG Strike Gundam with Skygrasper (the Clear version)?

Actually, for the cost of calculating tax, kastams uses a table to determine the freight cost (based on location & weight). The amount you paid for EMS or SAL is irrelevant since the values in freight charges in that table will easily surpass what you paid for shipping

As I recall, last time I they assigned the freight charges of ~RM380 for some action figures I shipped from the states (weight around 2 kg), though I actually only paid USD 20 for the shipping.

That said, it is still random check (I don't think they check/stop all parcels since I have some packages which have gotten through before in the past)
