abit worried about doing that since... advanced MS joints sweat.gif

Actually I've had trials with the runner of the B frame, it turned out satisfactorily.

QUOTE(TaurusOxford @ Oct 8 2013, 07:21 AM)
I find it f***ing hilarious that RG Strike Freedom has more armor detail than the PG - A model kit that's TEN TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE and arguably the worst PG ever made.
*
Very true... but you get more assurance to 'play' with PG than RG due to its rigidity laugh.gif

Uhhh....what? PG Strike Freedom is "rigid"? Are we talking about the same model kit?
*
QUOTE(daydreaming @ Oct 8 2013, 07:59 AM)
the RG is rigid (or more like fragile). i think thats what he meant
*
QUOTE(HxiiiK @ Oct 8 2013, 08:04 AM)
rig·id
adjective
1. unable to bend or be forced out of shape; not flexible.
2. not able to be changed or adapted.

i'm guessing you picked the wrong word here and u meant to say that the PG has a more solid construction, or rather, larger therefore will not risk small parts breaking tongue.gif
*
What I meant is how the PG SF has this more robust feeling when you want to move the limbs compared to RG (evidently, with the softer material as its frame) smile.gif I always have to be careful not to use excessive force when moving the parts on RG compared to doing the same with MG or PG, it feels like they could break at one point doh.gif

Going there now, any expo unicorn or zaku left?
*
Should restock tomorrow even if there's nothing left. In fact, they should have stocks throughout the whole week.

You think? biggrin.gif Gunpla expo is only good to find exclusive and rare items, they should never be associated with cheap pricing. The RG there is RM89, compared to RM85 at GA. The 3.0 is sold at RM160, as opposed to RM140-RM150 outside.

Isn't that an AG? I think it makes perfect sense to use AG though, only 2/3 parts per limb biggrin.gif

hmm.gif i wonder why they took down sazabi ver ka.. luckily i've already seen it and fallen in love thumbup.gif maybe it's not for display until later days? i wonder why though.. i can only think that they got annoyed cos to many people kept asking if it was available? laugh.gif
*
Already seen it enough to make me want to buy it, and I expect the price to be around 280ish here. But what I really want is the winged 1/144 displayed in front of the Sazabi drool.gif

It's sad to see these Gunplas were handled quite poorly at the expo, missing parts, fallen pieces, 'weird poses'... if you are going to do it, why not do it whole heartedly anyway...

Well I'm not going to get it right away, as much as I really want it, I'll wait for some reviews first, although I know it will be fantastic.

hihi asuk.

mind to share where u buy tamiya spray cans? do i need to prime before spray??

Tamiya Underground at 1U. You may not believe me, but the el cheapo RM 5.90 Mr.DIY spray can works satisfactorily too laugh.gif

which one exactly? i haven't found a satisfactory gold as of yet
*
Well there's only one gold color of Mr.DIY, but I've run out of it as well, I'll upload some Gunplas that I've sprayed with it this weekend. The spray below is the silver color:

If you see the can at shops, don't take the cap color as the real color. It's brighter and a bit shinier tongue.gif

QUOTE(Amuro_Ray @ Oct 10 2013, 06:55 PM)
Thx mushy.
Do u use primer before spray? Can get from Tamiya underground also?
Sorry very I very noob
*
No I didn't use primer. I sprayed the pieces using quick-burst technique, repeat it for 8 times+. In between, I used hair dryer instead of waiting for it to dry naturally.

I like this spray a lot. Unlike other normal spray cans which produce coarse grainy texture, this one is smooth flex.gif

Honestly, it looks better than Destiny's. It would be better if the grooves were not too deep.

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your point. Are you refering to the runner in the pic? Those if I'm not wrong are gold plated, the best gold you can get. And those look cheap to you? Then I hope you don't mind sharing which type of gold you think is NOT cheap.

BUT..... If you're refering to the puke gold for the inner frame, that I have to agree. For me, those gold are simply unacceptable, and I confirm will repaint them...
*
QUOTE(waikin_31 @ Oct 13 2013, 11:09 PM)
Hmmm...this looks great! Unlike the puke one...what is not cheap looking?
*
What I mean is, it's too striking to me, it will make the frame more prominent (than it should). I rather prefer a more subtle copper gold, less yellowish but still shines enough to let people know that it's still a gold smile.gif

so little money sad.gif

I feel you. Although, I've discarded Proto Zero from my list for now.

proto zero is nice biggrin.gif

The SF is almost reaching the size of Proto Zero doh.gif Why did the Gundam W creator made the series Gundams short doh.gif
