 Elbow pain when doing tricep workouts

Hello guys,

I have been experiencing elbow tendon pain since last year. it only comes occasionally, especially when i try to increase weight. as a result, i have been stucked with the same weight for my barbell benchpress.

any one has any tips on how to treat this problem? sad.gif

i often have the pain on my left elbow when i do bench press, skull crasher, and dumbell dips. what should i do so that i can continue to grow my chest and triceps?

had the same prob. took a week or a month off. do a one bodypart per week split. go high rep hypertrophy sets, 5x15. progression through less rest time between sets. add weights when only you can complete all 5x15.

i attribute my prob to doing too heavy too much coupled with crappy genes.

is this the inner elbow (crease) or the actual elbow itself

If you are having elbow pain when doing bench press try changing your grip width. Go with a closer grip, that way it will take some pressure off your elbow and move it to your biceps.
