My advice is run dungeons and keep on doing the main quest. They give gear as reward.
And don't forget your class quest. They usually give decent gear as well as your class weapon as reward.

You can also craft them yourself.

Another option is BUYING, but low level gear becomes obsolete quite fast so I would advice against it.

I'm playing a Lancer. So far got my gear through quests, but cannot seem to get a complete set, so end up looking like a clown.

Does the ifrit level counts as dungeon? Coz I did not get anything previously.

Was tele-ing to Mor Dhona when got stuck at the loading screen.

from wat im seeing, this guild have quite a number of tanks , just not at raiding stage..

also, members should play what they feel like playing, no point forcing them into a role that they don't like to play just to get a spot for raiding/dungeons, especially healer and tank where they take a huge responsibility on the fights. this game doesn't promote tank and spank, so the tanks and healers need to carry their weight in the runs

also, our fc need to appoint raid leaders, or maybe even class leaders if we are serious in raiding.

you also need 3 core grps to prepare for crystal tower, and would definitely need teamspeak or something similar for communication

True, thats why there was options for either those who want (not forced) to play tank and getting new people.
If we can identify now who in FC main is Tank we can start planning with them in mind.

As for raid leaders we really need people with experience (not necessarily exp as leader) and have more time to focus on scheduling and strategies. If there are any volunteers it would be really helpful.

There was a teamspeak... not sure if its active. I had a problem finding it. (plus i hate my mic.. buzzing )
