Yes, we need a experienced raid leader.
As for 8 man dungeon, currently we doesn't have a group that on it yet. However there's loot table on the FF official forum.
If we able to get 8 man to go in first, and since the drop on the boss are always the same which can refer to the loot table. So can switch people go in and switch people out when that person already obtain his gear from particular boss.
Example :
Person A fight in Coil Turn 1 - and obtained the gear.
Next Week
Person A will not joining Turn 1 fight while Person B will go in to swap with Person A.
Once Turn 1 done, Person A will switch back to Turn 2 fight and etc.

How you all think?

With this , we can gear people up while geared people have their time on other thing. While waiting the raid to Turn 2.

weird is from what I read at the forum, they didnt investigate just use a robot minus everyone gil divide by 100. I think those real RMT just got their gil striped ? only ban those gil seller?
