Item (1) is the "legendary" Hynix FP-C4 chipset which can do DDR2-800 at stock voltage, and can reach super oc speeds! at slightly higher voltage.
Item (2) & (3) are DDR2-667 RAM but runs at DDR2-800 at default/stock voltage.
NOTE : I only ran at DDR2-800 at stock voltages for all 3 items. 24/7 rock-solid stable for me using my PC components (CPU, mobo, PSU, etc). Your mileage will vary and I do not guarantee anything if it is oc higher than spec. This is just from my experience. Never tried higher than DDR2-800 as IMO no difference in everyday usage (only in benchmarks).
