Q: Currently, I am using Streamyx service. Can I terminate Streamyx and switch to Maxis Home Fiber service?
A: Yes, you may do so. However, termination of Streamyx service within contract period is subjected to early termination fee imposed by TM as stated in the Streamyx Terms & Condition.

Q: How long does the installation take?
A: Normally, it takes about 5-7 hours for the contractor to complete the installation.

Q: How is my first month bill?
A: First month bill is usually prorated. Normal monthly fee is applied for the subsequent months.

Q: Why?Why do I receive 2 bills from Maxis? OMG!
A: Don't worry. This is normal. One bill is for Maxis Home Fiber internet service and another bill is for Home Voice calls.

Q: Where can I see my bill online?
