let me correct you. you can redeem the smart$ anytime for bhp at any amount subject 2smart$ or more

No both of you are wrong and there no such thing as RM20 min redeemption or purchase and did UOB says so

Below are T&C from UOB Clause 8

8) No minimum purchase is required for Cardmembers to perform redemption of their SMART$:
a) If the value of the transaction is more or equal to the accumulated SMART$, the Cardmember may redeem the whole, but not part, of the accumulated SMART$ towards full or partial payment of the goods and/or services purchased from the SMART$ merchant. The value of the accumulated SMART$ shall be deducted
from the value of the transaction; the balance (if any) is payable by charging the same to the Cardmember’s Credit Card, and not by cash.
b) If the value of the transaction is less or equal to the accumulated SMART$, the Cardmember shall be entitled to redeem part of the accumulated SMART$ equivalent to the value of the transaction.
c) Purchase may not be made using a partial redemption of SMART$ and the balance by cash. UOBM will not accept any of such SMART$ adjustments or disputes from Cardmembers.

Plus i been doing it for the past 10yrs since the card was launched via BHP service counter

Like i said earlier there is no such thing of min RM20 for pumping the petrol through the service counter as i been doing it for the past 10yrs. The lowest i did was RM5 withouth any charges believe or not i don't think any of you could do it at all and do give it a shot if you can

Why should be coop plus i don't see any benefit for me at all? Since too many ppl is misusing this benefit whats the point for me to disclose it? Better be quiet and enjoy the benfit more myself

You could go figure it yourself since you have been to all BHP across Malaysia anyway

To clarify everyone's doubt it would be based upon 1st Feb 2014 whereby RM500 and RM400 respectively
