Notification of changes in the Terms and Conditions


Please be informed that the following Terms and Conditions have been revised effective 16th January 2014.

It seems that the cap for petrol has increased by RM100 for both cards.

5% Cash Rebate on all spending on petrol;
Note: For the rebate category of petrol, the maximum Cash Rebate awarded for purchases made by the principal and supplementary Cardmembers shall be capped at RM600 for UOB ONE Platinum card and RM400 for UOB ONE Classic card per month.

I called up CS and expressed my intention to terminate One card. I told CS it was because of the GST and annual fee when asked about the reason.

Surprisingly, I received a call a few days later and was offered a 3-years-zero annual fee and GST waiver for coming year, on the condition that I charge a transaction at any amount to the card within 30 days. So, I accepted it. Thank you UOB.

In fact, I seldom use the card except for paying my cell phone monthly bill and occasional grocery purchase on week days. Total spending for the year is less than 2K.

No B&W. But I called up CS and she confirmed that the offer was recorded in the system.
