QUOTE(jasmine0085 @ Dec 26 2013, 09:05 PM) I hold 2 cards that both lately got their rebates / annual fees auto waive system altered. For UOB one card platinum , the minimum income to get the card is RM36k , yet one need to spend RM36k annually to get the AF waived automatically.... With most people holding more than a card , 36k on a single card solely is not easy. So from now on , every year have to call and beg.. =.= We need to call for the annual fee and GST waiver ?

QUOTE(jasmine0085 @ Dec 30 2013, 09:12 PM) you will get auto waiver if you fulfil the conditions ( rm36k annual spending for one platinum , not easy ) Else , you have to call and appeal. The CS told me we can only call to request for waiver after the charge is imposed. So , i will hv to see the lucky RM388 on my bill first.. then call. 36k annual spending is too much to achieve. guess i need to call to ask for waiver then.. haha.. i remember i didn't ask for the waiver, and i spent less than that 36k annually..

QUOTE(jasmine0085 @ Dec 30 2013, 09:30 PM) May be u got the free-2-years-AF promotion last time? Besides , It used to be easy for auto waiver , i forgot the conditions but it was a lot more feasible. UOB modified the autowaiver terms somewhere in September ( sorry i couldnt remember exactly) Yea, it is 2 years AF auto waiver i think.. RM388 is too much lar, total rebate a year also cannot reach that amount. Now banks modifying their policies to give customer less benefits

900k for petrol only.. why set the limit? Means they really gave so much of rebate in previous months? 900k of rebate is 5% of 18 mil??
