The usual way would be to call them up and request for annual fee waiver. Troublesome but that's the only way I know.

Yeah...i wander how UOB will be. Last time for CITIBANK i called asking for a waiver, then the guy from CRU department strictly saying THERE IS NO OTHER WAYS to get annual fees waived other than using rewards point. Only when the 2nd time i called saying i wana cancel the card then he offered me to waive with 12 time swipe with in a month... mad.gif

Hi, my first card here... haven't even activate...

Some questions... Hopefully sifus sifus can answer. =)

1. Says on the letter, call CS to get pin number. Boleh ka? I see alot of cases here macam alot of hassle... hmmm

2. How to sign up online account???

Their branches are far from my resident... so if possible can settle by no need go there should be better...

any advice on what steps i need to do? CC newbie here... freshie...

Better just directly go to a nearest branch and ask them generate to you on the spot.
i tried email; no respond
call CS; ask me to apply online or go to branch
apply online; few weeks time also no reply on email or sms

So one day lunch time i went to bank and ask for the pin directly. Sit for 5 mints and the CS gave me the pin. Just need to provide them your IC. And yeah all the pins are damn long and many digits cool2.gif
and online acc password they only accept max 7 digits/character doh.gif

My own assumption:
Petrol price increase->consumer pump more petrol->they need give more cash back
so most bank cutoff/change the petrol cash back term?
