Finally got my 1st year RM50 GST cashback after 5 months of usage, called them twice to chase them over this issue.

Wonder why do UOB drag it so long when other banks like Citibank issue the 1st year cashback just after the 1st month. blink.gif

Anyhow, now waiting for the autodebit rebate to be issued. I think by then I'll grow a beard and it'll turn white by the time it's issued.

Three months since I submitted the form to have my TNB, Astro and Maxis on UOB autodebit, finally got a total of RM60 cashback! biggrin.gif

Now compare it to the RM30 cashback for Citibank which I've been waiting since July 2013. @_@

1. Says on the letter, call CS to get pin number. Boleh ka? I see alot of cases here macam alot of hassle... hmmm

2. How to sign up online account???

Their branches are far from my resident... so if possible can settle by no need go there should be better...

any advice on what steps i need to do? CC newbie here... freshie...

Been using it for half a year now, this is how it goes I think when I first got my card:

1. Call to get PIN first, then wait 1-2 weeks for PIN to be mailed to your house
2. Go to UOB ATM and change PIN to your own number
3. At the same ATM, follow the link below to set your Temporary PIN (TPIN) for internet banking - > http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/ebanking/p...pplication.html
4. Use the TPIN to register for your UOB internet banking account
5. Set a internet banking account password that's only EXACTLY 7 alphanumeric characters rclxub.gif

A question regarding UOB's Flexi Payment Plan (with interest). Say if I want to buy some computer parts which comes up to RM 1.5k, I pay RM 100 deposit by UOB CC and balance 1.4k pay once the parts arrive.

Would I be able to convert the entire 1.5k or can I only convert the balance 1.4k into Flexi pay? Any help would be much appreciated. smile.gif
