You need call CS ask them to generate PIN for Your CC 1st before u can Use it at ATM to Register Personal Internet Banking service (the PIN will sent out by Post within 5 working days)

2. Under this Programme, the following cash rebates will be given to the Cardmembers:

Yup, I'm 1 of Them...
Even Your have Paid the GST, They will REFUND You back, As I X Swiped ANY Transaction with MY HSBC Gold CC & cancelled It on April, Surprised that they Credit back RM50 to My Account...
According to Custom Dept, ONLY those Renewed Card but Cancelled within 3 months and NOT use the New card is eligible not to pay GST.
