good for you. i didn't receive that message. and i pumped rm50 just now at bhp only received rm1 (2%) smart$. anyway, i assume that the max cap of monthly bhp smart$ is still maintained at rm8 for platinum. which means i will still achieve the max easily because i usually pump above rm400. but for you, you just need to pump up to rm160 to achieve to the max rm8 smart$.

HLB wise need 10 swipes of minimum rm50 each, not easy for everyone.

citibank cash back doesn't have smart cash like uob, smart cash rebate is extra 2% rebate for bhp.

yes, so for me pump from rm1-rm400 is 7%, then rm400-rm500 is 5%, and rm500 onwards use other cc. LOL!

I received the message for the 5% cash rebate + 5% smart cash for petrol purchase at BHP also. But, it starts from 1 Feb to 30 April 2014.

agree with you, none of my cc need a visit to their branch, other just send pins for you directly. cs said with internet banking, u can do anything, so u must go branch or atm to generate it, but y other bank can post to me.
may be uob want to claim it is the best security among all. tac also need 8 digit, blur and cannot memorize every time when key in. password also 7 digit only, my internet banking is being blocked coz i forgot my password, i need to go uob one more time
on line statement also cannot view, same like u all.fist time login shown i don hv any cc account, need to wait several days to update, other bank update immediately after first time login.

another thing is i giro transfer rm200 to uob cc, y it seperate received with thanks rm150 and rm50 in my transaction history, y so weird, at first i thought it credited rm50 government tax so fast,since i only use 1month ++ mana tau it is my money

What's the cap? If its RM8/mth its just hype - no improvement.

if it's maintained at rm8/month, means only benefit those who pump below rm200 monthly.
means they can get the max rm8 rebate after pumping rm160 instead of needing to pump rm400.

edited: but after checking the t&c, the cap is rm20 for this promotion.
