if you don't mind to be looked at one kind by the cashier, you may do so by buying candies for 6 times at giant/tesco/aeonbig/etc. as per advised.
another way is to go to a petrol station (with automated fuel dispenser), then pump rm1 for six times to your car or motorbike. or if you want to pump rm0.10 for six times is alright too. so that 6 times only cost you rm0.60. and furthermore, you are dealing with an automated machine, so nobody will look at you at one kind. but of course, you must choose the correct petrol station (with less/no attendants) and perform it at the right time (with no vehicles waiting behind you).

but most cc only allows 3 times per day for petrol pumping. so you have to spread it to maybe 2 days (3 times each) or 3 days (2 times each).

is it happened because you have maximised almost all your credit limit at that time?
for example, you used rm9.7k of your rm10k limit.
so when you use the first time, it will block rm200 from your cc, which means you have used rm9.9k of your rm10k.
so when you try to use again, you can't because they can't block another rm200 (only rm100 available).
until they release back the balance of the previously blocked amount maybe after 1 hour, then you can swipe again.
is that the case?

previously uob has promotion with tm bill but it's a one-time benefit only (not monthly). better to use other cc for tm bill (like mbb2amex).

i received this sms too. but i'm not going to do it bcs they still owe me 10% grocery rebate!
this time some more need to reply to 66300 so much hassle.

yes, rm1k+ tesco vouchers... i still waiting for uob sms saying how much i will receive (like what others reported earlier).

otherwise, this time 10% on departmental is good to buy aeon vouchers. LOL!

not bad to get rm15k cl for a classic card.

i think they won't allow you to cancel (or they won't cancel for you) if there is still an outstanding balance of that rm50.

but you should be checking the status too. otherwise, who knows uob already approved your cc and somebody else already started using your cc to swipe.

so finally you have triple confirmed that you are no longer a part of uob family (customers).

how long already since you applied? perhaps you should call yourself to check the status.

maybe we can just assume they won't call.
if you read below comment posted yesterday, she also faced the same issue like yours = 2 weeks and yet nobody calls.
