No it's not rooted, but we provide rooting service as our after sales service.
Almost every buyer ask us about rooting some even ship it back to us for rooting.
Why ? Official kindle come with a rom which you can only install apps from Amazon store and most of the great apps are not free. Also, Amazon store has little amount of apps compare to Google play store.

With ads is those unit which loaded with lots of Amazon ads and it is very annoying

after rooting you can use it like normal tablet and install any Alps from Google play.rooting will be free of charge.

Nope , we still doesn't have it for now. And yet we do not recommend buying it because there is no way to root it so it is impossible to install Google Play (at least for now)
