SE ady put region ban on JP server
all none JP account will face difficulty whn trying 2 login 2 JP server whn server busy

so which server/region u playing now?

I don't think SE having region ban become I still can log in this server (Tonberry)
The most you will get is error 3102, 90000, 1017.

my JP account can login 2 JP server easily at anytime
but my another EU account cannot login 2 JP server, unless it got free load

Yeah, I just log in with my EU account. Now server just crash.

anyway, no there is no ban what soever, they are just TEMPORARY RESTRICTION because the servers are not able to hold all the players, which they are resolving it by next week.

I gave up on Jp servers. Started playing new class in Ultros NA, the latency seems no difference compared to JP server.

temporary restriction : after reach some number for 1 world, they restrict people to log in, regardless from which account
restriction ban : ban EU acc from log in to JP server and vice versa <--- this is not happen now. that misleading.

EU account have restriction ban when server load is high
but JP account does not no matter server load is high or not

try with jp account first

FYI, server load is super heavy now even with just JP ppl logging in. so instead of just saying it's EU or NA accounts

try to understand that's there more than half a million people trying to log in everyday and think about server load capacity.

This is not some MMOrpg out there, it's Final Fantasy - a well-knowned brand. Region Bans have not been implemented yet until they announce it

what they say is just there's no region ban or whatsoever. JP or EU or NA accounts... it doesnt matter. if SE do this, they will lose their fan base. and they are hoping that you would not mislead the people to think that there is a region ban..

As to answer to what you had asked, I'm still playing in Masamune.. Most of us, regardless of the server issues, we will usually be playing the same server.
