This is wat happening on me and gtoracer1.
The story begin like this.
before 4/4
He say got sell maxis 30 reload coupon
cost is RM27, only want to earn 10cents each.
so i will be getting RM27.10 each + transport charges RM5 + wrapping charges RM5
He say no T&C, any quantity can
Later i confirm get from him 50pcs
when wanna pay him, he say he only earn RM5, not enuf to cover the petrol fee
then i find money to get from him 100pcs.
price is RM2720 for 100pcs

Pay him RM2710+RM10
RM2710 bank in thru cash deposit machine.
additional RM10 coz my RM10 cant be accepted thru machine, so ask my sis to m2u.
he received the money but say have to phone his frenz to order....
so i waited....
between 5/4 - 27/4
He say waited his frenz A to reply....
but frenz no reply
then ask me to get from other ppl (his frenz but other), who offer more expensive.
I reject, say wanna wait the A.
Later then he say no stock, no sell to him for this special price.
He ask me to get from other dealer....who sell around RM28....(too expensive)
He got say wanna refund to me, but i say nvm. since i plan to get a phone from him.
beginning of May
Plan to get a 3250.
Ask him the price...
He give me the phone full package + silicon case + 2 hotlink simpack + discount + free delivery
i asked the maxis simpack to convert to cash....he agree give me RM13
so i confirm deal with him.
Then i ask him bout the delivery. He say he will use poslaju. Then i ask bout the waranty. I quite worry since i can see a lot seller will say "Damage/lost during delivery is not our responsibility". Then i asked him. He promise he will bear for any damage/lost for the phone during delivery. Then he convinced me that Poslaju is safe.
Later
i make a last confirmation. The price reduced a bit, since market price dropped. Then he say no more bear for the damage/lost during delivery. Then i say it is ok. Then from 2 hotlink simpack become 1, from RM13 become RM5. then i say it is okay again. Then i asked him bout the MMC he provided. He ay will give me the genuine 1, then tell me the package come with 128mb. I want to upgrade it, he asked for RM100 for 512mb, RM160 for 1gb. Then i say i consider,

I checked website, it stated come with 512mb, then ppl say ap set some come with 512, some come with 128. o i asked him again, then he tell me his mistake, it comes with 512mb. But then still ask me to top up RM160 for 1gb. Then i say nvm, i confirm want. I ask him to send to me. Then suddenly he asked me to pay him and show him the slip. I say i already pay last time (the RM2720). He request me to prove the payment. Then i say it is okay since i keep the receipt and i shall scan it using my frenz scanner.
Too bad, my frenz scanner spoilt. I have no digicam or camera hp that connected to pc. So i keep on finding, and ask him whether can i not present the slip.

Im keep on asking him whether can or not....since i have competiton on 13/5, need to record video of that day. Ask him to let me have it without the slip....

He finally promise me, 10x a lot. Then i make last confirmation. I asked him to inform me and give me the tracking num once he sent out.

Waited till afternoon. No sign of him. SMS to ask him, then he say he is looking for the 1gb, next day only can send.

Same thing, waited till i SMS him then he tell me no 1gb, but he sent out oledi without 1gb. 10x a lot. then he say will refund back mine balance ( 2720-???) + the refund of RM160(1gb).
Then i received the refund on late afternoon. He say will refund me RM160 that night or next day since no money left in his ac.

Stil no sign of RM160.
Parcel received, but i no opened it, since im rushing for preparation of competition.

Opened in hurry, to get it to competition.
To my surprise, it is empty box. But i cant do anything, coz no time.

send some PMs, but no reply to ask bout the empty box and rM160 refund.

Received call from Dennis. He ask me more detailly, and ask me to check everything.
Ask me to claim from post office. Then he tell me no need contact gtoracer1, since he is incharge all these.

Go to post office. The office look at me funnily, then say me do stupid complain, without any evidence. I say will report to police, but he say useless.
Told Dennis, he ask me to make police report.
Late afternoon, i go to police office make report. luckily the policer there are frenzly amnd told me it is impossible for them to open this case. No evidence at all they say. They say no point.
Then my frenz oso say samething, say me no prove to sue the pos office.
Then i discuss with Dennis, after a few reply....he suddenly no respons.

Asked gtoracer1. He blame me not contacting him. But it is Dennis who tell me no need contact gtoracer1 since Dennis say he in charge. We cant make up our mind who fault is this. Then i suggest to make a thread at dispute corner. He agree but not let me put his name.

I insist have to put both party name to judge. Later he say it is okay. Then he asked me to let him know after i had made.
