hi,  have you visit the site location, if no , please visit the site first and please observe on yr left and right site when you drive in IT''S very interesting ... and compare with setia hill then you should know what i m mean. in fact planning to purchase for own stay (i m like the spanish design) after visiting the site , end up have 2 rethink many times.  as the SA said bungalow (NOT TO TALK ABOUT MANSION TYPE), but base on the sqft is not bungalow la,  anything is bigger than 4500 sqft above is a bungalow less than that we can call it a semi-d if semi-d at the average price of 1.2million before discount you can  get this +- in kajang under new development this is wat i heard from my friend..

and now we're talking about SEMENYIH AREA property.will it be over price ????? and talk about nice garden landscape and facilities that other developer dont have like bowling and cinema and etc ... how much the maintenance fee?

let say you own the a semi-d at 3333sqft , maintenance fee is 0.30persqft you need to pay at least rm1000+- per month...  and if you own a terrace at 2385sqft  you need to pay around rm700+? please think on long run fee and yet it is not guarantee whether the developer will keep this facilities at 5 star maintenance, its depend on the occupancy and how many will pay the maintenance fees if they purchase for investment?

Looking at the main road going straight to the main entrance, it is nearer to Nottingham than the current lori road. How much nearer i am not sure, approximately 0.5 - 1km may be.

seems like no one here actually bought country garden hahaha all trying to earn quick money only.
