Maybe someone still think that china technology still far behind 50 yrs than MY and someone mindset still carry typical "out of date" info about capability of china. Malaysia boleh ke? Boleh... you can find more silly "boleh" in Malaysia book of records.

BTW, I've 3 linkhouse and 3 bungalow to let go. Let me know if anyone are interested otherwise I will "let go" to another group of china investor's to be visit to CG office soon. lol

A misleading of the link of website tour where this tour is referred to one of the china 'bay' project. However, you can imagine that it will be definitely inherited the similar model from there into SEMENYIH cg project.

FYI - Another famous china properties developer has just bought four parcels of vacant freehold land and two parcels of reclaimed freehold land with an aggregate area of approximately 116 acres (RM4.6bil) located at Johor Bahru. The S&P had just signed on 30 November 2013 and the vendor is SULTAN JOHOR.

I'm no doubt you will make a big returns in future at least you understood and applied to the rules of game by understanding the realistic world. Only those ppl who critisised does meant that - they failed established people network or "no bullet" or worst thing they don't know about the rules of game or "ENVY TOO MUCH".

In my definition; whenever you spent some dollar for investment purpose and even the return is small gain, you are still an investor. Good thing is if you are able invest a small amt but its ROI margin is over 100%, 200%, or even higher, it does mean you are Damn good smarter investor. That's simple enough. wth is about "flipper" just a another bullshit definition.

You learn more from alexng n he can help you build more network as he has similar channel like what i had but mine just a bit unique as I don't go thru neither subcon nor SA. My next will be eco majestic n hopefully alexng will not participate there (j/k).

Didn't keep 1 for long invest? Its valuation will double up when sp, ecoworld n cg are about completed their phase 1 at almost the same period of time.
