FYI, SEH's bungalow (I think semiD too) also open concept, which means there is no gate in front of your house entrance. To be honest, I believe M'sian can and would accept this kind of concept. Furthermore, if I'm not mistaken this CG, same like SEH already G&G. One of the main reason why SEG there's this stampede on their launching was because of this G&G. Security (from outsiders) utmost concern to M'sians

One for own stay in 2 years time, while the other at the "other end" of that town for "future" stay (if you know what I mean ?) LOL

If CG doesn't want or yet to officially release any info, why blame others from speculating ?
This is a free country !
Example up to date, how much is the maintenance fees still not known ?
You know how much would be the charges be like if the "speculative" amount of 30cents psf (or more) happen to be the real amount ?
That's one of the reason why so many people (including me) decided against buying !!
If SA oso don't know, go and get the management to release "official" figures !!
