IMHO, this is a something very 'special design' pojek. 

Location: no big deal for those ppl who live/work/ study around that area. But ppl who working at the other part of klang valley, maybe wil cost more petrol to work???

invenstment: might be looking for long run investment....still there are alot of township developments will pop up at that semenyih area few years later. 

pojek development: 100+ units is terrace which in the price range RM 600k++, i guess no need ballot coz internal have the capability to sapu all units(internal from?? Mayland + CG??)  the rest is Bungalow which is about range of RM 1.2mil, its a open concept thingy. no gate between your neigbours(typical malaysian boleh accept ke?? doubt).

1. 60 units at one go in CGDB
2. 4 units at one go without loan in E&O Penang
3. 20 units by 1 person... if got loan then will increase to 40 units

buyers should just stick to SA info. Not some speculate info from unknow sources.

Well before booked i was told that they still figure out the costing. They gave the estimate.

From there u make your decision buy or no buy.

they dont read this lowyat. So buyer pls get info from SA not here.

while they told they will let us know. Why we continue to speculate?

Well every buyer know the estimated figures before they booked. So none buyer like u why care?

The speculate info that i mean is the lot size 18 . Cctv. Club house etc.

Guys please calm down.." Lang Jing". Just a thread for us to ask question or sharing info. I have to agree that the developer is a bit messy  in handing diamond city project. Different SA gives different information and nobody can confirm. If you are in doubt, you can opt for not signing the SPA first unless they give a estimation cost. According to them now they are finalizing. Just wait n see really is finalizing or not!

Firstly, OTP for linkhouse has cleared indicated lot size is less than 20*70. So what the h*ll are you trying to highlight here?

2ndly, cctv - What do you know about cctv project in cg semenyih? And asking us to trust SA? wtf how well the SA know about cg internal news? Did they know their top line staffs - Kayson, chua, zhang? phew...be silent if you know nothing.

lastly, club house. Did anyone of here talked about clubhouse?

In short, we are here to share whatsoever info that possible will helps buyers to make further decision (whether how accuracy the info it is, they analyze/clarify with CG but NEVER do it with SA!).
