It was, they have no choice to swift focus to local purchasers in order to move forward after Selangor state government set new regulations for foreigners (china) to buy selangor proprty few years back.

I remember at that time, the price of their linkhouse very hengki pengki like 30++% discount or something after they recognized they can't sell to mainland customers anymore.

First phrase terrace house selling before Selangor new policy for foreigners buyers. Check with developer how many percent that bought before the discount are mainland buyers, I am sure pretty high, expect local panel and partner buyers.

First phrase sand brick size around 20*70 from rm900++k discount to rm700++k after the new policy.
I can't think of better reason for:-
1) to price at rm900++k
2) to discount 30%


Often when investors bought property abroad, how deep they know about the actual location, traffic, infrastructure, local lifestyle and pattern?
Especially when China been harsh on black money and corruption recent years. Many peoples only want to channel money out from mainland away from the radar... And of course, PR.
