i did that so called short-flip so i can hv cash flow to buy my next cheap home. i try not to get loan but buy cash on rm680+/- prop before end of yr.

My agent of CG ask me to help to sell his client and it is not easy i sold my previous 2 units. lucky got big bosses want them.
