i expect that kind of clubhouse will be charged at least 30senpsf. imagine if ur house is circa 3000sqft. easily rm900 per month on maintenance fees. good luck paying that if u rent out.if wanna sell subsales also not so good coz still got many leftovers from developer.

developer can claim whatever they want but we all will know the true picture when handover to jmb. then u will know true maintenance fees how much. i reckon this will not be lesser than 30senpsf.
