When very first day they launch it is 600+ now the dropouts they selling 900k. Wah lau really  see the show unit lagi worst. Not practical at all. The stair wahlau so narrow and 2 rooms on top floor no attach bathroo  lagi.

almost but not yet  finish and the balane is really hard to swallow.

btw they charge maintainance fees base on build up
