Then cant log in to ff14

Any idea to resolve this?

Anyone else accidentally registered their 20 digit codes to a wrong service account? Have SE resolve that? :c

Is both SE and Users fault.. >< SE for their Archaic weird Design and Users who just simply clicking away without reading >_>

You can try sending in the ticket, just how long will it take to merge your account i dont know.

If you just arrived to the page, there's nothing to read. The only button with roman alphabets were the "Add service account". The other button was just a picture, and I didn't study hieroglyphs or alien moon sign. If you had clicked account service, yeah they have textual button to click on, but even then it doesn't make it any clearer. Platform or service? Don't know, I'm adding a game, a service, not a new pc/ps3. Anyone familiar with SE web site design, yeah, they can understand it. But new players will have no idea what they mean. Worst of all, you can click either button and add the codes in, which makes whatever button you clicked first looks like the button you needed to click. They can make an intuitive gameplay system, but site design is counter-intuitive. /endrant

Ur not alone with this. Even the account management system is messed up. There are 3 separate accounts. One is the web account, the other on mog station and another SE main account. They really should have a unified system cuz ive never had to go thru such hassle to figure out something as simple as keying in my activation account.

That said, i got lucky throughout this release process tho.

Yeah, as a new player to SE account management, I feel like the first time is all about luck. If your first click was the icon, see the code page and go through with it, you win. If you click the add new service account (something new people have no idea about until they get familiar with SE), you see the same thing, go through with it, and you lose. I should have flipped a coin.

Now I'm spending another night trying to get live support, since they decided to work weekends duo to the amount of issues they're getting. Wish me luck

is like WTF..

this is what happen when you click NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT. you should Add platform and not new service account.
