H+ Full bar line, Ping 90 and up, speed below 1m, sometime 1m more abit. Normally ping just between 40-60 and 6-8m.
Can complain?  I think should be tower problem or else. 

my area full speed 15mbps only...cant achieve higher speed than that...average 5mbps

I called to maxis just now, and request the term and condition form. and he check that for those with 2 years contract, the term and condition was not listed that the biz 68 plan will be only 3gb or 4gb quota.

so have to complaint maxis that 'tipu' people. when get enough customer with contract then change the plan, so we have to continue pay for the plan.

anyone feel fair that come from maxis?

not fair la...maxis should give trottle speed not below 1mbps... this speed is acceptable for people do work or get entertainment... 128kbps - so fast, back to zaman isdn la mcm ni
