Quota has not exceed yet but speed did cap at 5-7mbps.. OMG!

At afternoon, i went to the best place to test the speed and confirm speed will not get cap when your quota have not exceed but if you over it, i don't know yet =.=
**For those who get throttle but the quota has not finish yet then it's the problem in your area.** |
