Screamyx is fast, quite stable at times, but since i spent 14-20hours outside of the house then i NEED internet on the go

if i have limited quota then how the hell am i gona upload those files and quotations for my customers?
Uploading a 4MB (not 4Mb) takes me 8minutes on this 128kbps line!
