ofcourse Maxis wont hunt them, you pay them, its your right to use their bandwidth ~ if bandwidth gets congested , all you guys connected to that Cell will be balanced , meaning slowed down , esp from 9.00pm > 2am

maxis have 13,000,000 users, their capacity is enough to cover up to 16,000,000 till the next review in Jan2014

just make noise to the branch manager if maxis change ur current plan without ur knowledge after switching to MSIM 

I believe that those that apply for MSIM will most probably be capped to 4gb. It's a way for maxis to get it's users to sign up for a different plan, in which you'll probably lose the 30gb originally 

So to others out there, don't try anything fancy. You already untung kau-kau with the plan you have now. Anyways, if you try, you run the risk of losing your quota. Or worse, everyone else with the same plan 

maxis twitter is noob ? at least they help me to solved plenty of issues , especially those issues that is not possible done by maxis centre itself....in less than 30mins to response to my DM.... sometime they reply in 5mins....
