How the penalty is different?

I'm using router all the time and usually my bill is RM72.10. But just now i get notification that my current unbilled amount is RM90++. Need to wait 2-3 days for the proper bill to be ready. Last time i talk to live chat and they just waived all that unknown unbilled amount.

Yes already check but there is none. That's why need to wait proper bill, because even customer service don't know what it is.
