This is why the plan will nt be the same state as before as there are too many ppl boast about the plan and causes it to be capped at 4gb…no need to know the new plan as long as the plan that got recently us the same as old biz68 plan…better keep it a secret…

when u lodge report, take down the person name you are talking to, get a case number, and then forward it to CFM with all that detail and what is your issue and how they settle it by directly close your case without any action taken,..

if CFM also cannot, proceed to SKMM

mini sim cut to micro sim . can put into 4g device n get 4g connection ? as mention at maxis web , need to be micro or nano sim . or change sim card?

I have been using multi sim Liao. They changed the LTE for me. Then 30gb applied?
