already try on two devices which is Huawei E392 and Mifi ZTE MF93D.
First thing first, all were setting auto then i can only get the highest WCDMA/3G network.

I never got any speed issue, able to exceed 7168 occasionally.

Maxis always got problem with Facebook from time to time.

Use a Singapore VPN to get through it, you get better overall routing too smile.gif
