Tried my best to make my hand as steady as possible. But some pics still blur. Izzit gotta do the IS setting which I put as continous blush.gif

What kind of other settings you guys using? Normally I used manual then set the aperture and focal length so that the pics have well enough lighting.

IS Setting is normally set to continuous. Panning is for taking sports photography or an object moving horizontally.

Experiment with the ISO settings/shutter speed... You'll hit the right settings in time smile.gif.

All these pics were taken with Manual Mode ISO 100 but variable in shutter speed and aperture settings

hi, i'm an S3IS user as well. try use the P mode. set the ISO to 200. the cam will take care of the aperture/shutter. you just need to adjust the exposure level. you can also try to adjust the lighting conditions instead of using auto. the pics will turn out superb

The attractive feature of the S3IS is the macro mode. So try that bro. 0cm macro is simply uber-cool....
