so far we have
GK - viviano DEF - no one, a youngster would be good enough since we have 4 great CBs in the team, and flamini can play fullback MID - ozil and flamini, addresses both depth and quality ATT - di maria/abel/ba? |

thinking back, it's rare for real to do business with us. if we get ozil that's great news, but taking away 2 of their players?
whatever we smoked there in the emirates, we must've passed some to bernabeu as well! |

^ that is also since mesut plays with ronaldo, one of the best finishers currently. but key passes, man you don't argue with that!

i'm sorry dude, but that's as weak as 'mocking' goes... i'm all for respect between fans but if you get offended by weak statements like that then i think it's better you dont enter other threads. the truth is, i dont think no one here believes utd was ever in for bale. he's just fooling around. as long as he doesnt go and mock in your thread i think that's well within his right to do so.
meh, small matter actually. on the more important matter, arsenal.com pls |

QUOTE(ohhisee @ Sep 2 2013, 08:53 PM) wise, let's move on.realistically a top, top, top striker is out of our hands. who would be better as our backup ST, demba ba or abel hernandez? ba is EPL proven, but similar to giroud. abel is young, quick, versatile, but not really a goalscorer and might take time to get used to PL. |

i thought so too, abel would bring depth, versatility and different tactics to the team. was discussing abel vs ba in another place, and got this:
"He's scored 1 goal last seasons in Seria A. Ba scored 13 goals in 22 appearances for Newcastle before leaving and then scored some important goals for Chelsea as well. I would rather have Ba by a long shot" 1 goal in a season sounds extremely flimsy tho. anyone follow serie A? |

on di maria: our interest has reportedly cooled down
i dont care, announce ozil signing first, then we'll put fire on di maria and heat it up again |

if di maria was off i wouldnt have mind draxler to come in. but apparently german transfer window ends 5 hours earlier than england and they have to announce players leaving even earlier than that. so it's safe to say draxler is staying

QUOTE(undentifyxd @ Sep 2 2013, 09:20 PM) getting draxler is a bit too much ler... why do we need so many attacking midfielder if we already got ozil first team: santi/giroud/walcott, with ozil behind giroud.what happen to OX then??? sit on the bench backup team: poldi/(newguy)/oxlade with tomas as CAM draxler's not coming anyway, it's very late for the german window This post has been edited by Thumpy Ick: Sep 2 2013, 09:23 PM |
