Just wondering how many fresh grads here wth degree choose their job??

some jobs says,

1. min Degree of any field and fresh grads encourage to apply
2. min SPM/STPM, fresh grad encourage to apply

normally which job is better? 1 or 2? cause number 2 requirement abit lower means the job easier and lower pay??

lower pay job doesnt means it is easier man...for me sure think the 1st 1 more good...get2 see wat job u choose and ur interested,u not interested the job wat u requirement also is the same...

by looking at these 2 option u provide cannot decide anything, there r alot of different skills and relevant experince needed for different companies;

most likely the 1st option will get a higher pay than 2nd option, even though the working hours for both is the same;

decide which field u're talent fall into and go for it, give urself a chance....
