QUOTE(lucifah @ Oct 3 2013, 08:39 AM) BNM is enforcing a 10-yr tenure limit on personal loan Ok, thanks ASB financing falls under personal loan at worst, new ASB financing loans will not be offered at best, new ASB finaning loans will be offered with the tenure capped to 10 yrs as opposed to 25 - 30 yrs presently |

QUOTE(mytaffeta @ Oct 16 2013, 02:17 PM) i took asb loan from mbb too.. from what i gathered last time, it is positive given blr stay the same or reduce.. So, it is a good deal yeah? I'm planning to get it. the accumulated dividend (if not withdraw) is bigger than monthly saving, at same amount.. Waiting for more replies. Saw this on another forum:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This will cause higher monthly payments, or more dividends? |

QUOTE(acexii @ Dec 3 2013, 02:21 PM) monthly payment will increase, asb dividend control by PNB not maybank. but maybank website still showing the old rate. but sometime this tactic use by banker to accumulate more loan in short time. Last 2 month also said no more asb loan next year but at the end it just a hoax. Just wait & see. I see.. I already got my loan approved last month. |
