And if students are your target market, be also prepared for at least 1 or 2 months of no tenant whenever the semester ends.

Is BSN an agent for ASNB?

Hhhmm... Good question. I don't think so. Only POS, Maybank, CIMB and RHB are "counter" agents. I've seen ads for direct debit from BSN savings account to ASB but not counter service.

Actually if you look properly, you could get dividends from PNB's products almost each quarter in a year if you're invested with their funds. It's rather good for cash-flow planning but then again, the rule of thumb is not to put all of your eggs in one basket wink.gif

I think many are overlooking the role of the SC here. For those who have followed the unit trust industry long enough will know that SC is not in favor of fixed priced funds.

But as you say, anything can happen in boleh land thus you have Najib just over ruling everyone with one simple speech.

You can transfer money via m2u.

You can also do the same via CIMB Clicks, RHBNow and AffinOnline if you're not a fan of queuing at branches wink.gif

Looks like they're building their social media platform. After their YouTube channel, looks like they have a Twitter account too

However, looks like it's mainly for advertising and promotion only but not for customer service/complaints/feedback tongue.gif
