Following the thread like 2 months, looks like I am the only one have ASG = =

for variable priced funds, i'd rather choose offerings from the selection of PB mutual funds - there are many agents who is willing to help and recommend you the funds suited to your needs

i tried aggressive fund, and with all the ups and downs, still got a clean return of about 5+ % after exactly a year. then i w/drew the fund (i used my EPF acc2 for the experiment)

if u go for the normal, non-aggressive growth funds, u can earn better in long run

There are many other opportunities who give good return. Such as Bond funds, REITS funds.

REITS give regular returns and the stock price less volatile.

That's why we find other ways to grow money.... like me who used to goreng REITS!!! biggrin.gif

Anyway, can't wait to get the dividend for AS1M. smile.gif

I thought ASG is conservative/defensive fund. i totally don't know it is that "aggressive" O.O"

My sis have PBM, but the return for some year is same / below normal FD rate == maybe the portfolio she chosen isn't good enough...

AS1M dividend most likely would be the same as ASW2020.

ASD only invest in halal stocks, no banking/ gaming stocks. It is also the best performance fund besides ASB, it has the undistributed profit of 4 cents per unit being carried forward to the following years.

Not bad for the fund that don't invest in banking stocks rclxms.gif

I respect their investment officers thumbup.gif

ASN3 & ASG - ANYTIME (if suspended for dividend calculation, cannot buy)

ASW2020, ASM & AS1M - NO chance now (for non-bumi only)

If it sounded anytime, and do not sell like a hot cake like the other, means there are perceived risks right? unsure.gif

any news for the new announcement so far?

The bold one means the fund transaction would be suspended, meaning no open new account, "top-up" or withdrawal.

ASG - Normally March 20 above, April 1st back to normal

ASN3 - Normally November 20 above, December 1st back to normal

Currently those fixed price fund not available for opening new account

My prediction is correct
BNM have maintained the OPR @ 3%
Fixed price products will b in good demand as current 12 months FD (3.15%) is not competitive
