i am non bumiputra newbie for asn. how to open account and what is the fee? how to invest? which account should i open? thanks

Went to ASNB to try my luck for the 3rd time. NO SUCCESS again!

This time, I was asked to fill in the form to buy so that they can check whether there is any available, like what they asked at non ASNB banks.

So, common checking procedures in ASNB and non ASNB banks.

nowadays the procedures are almost the same one. even updating the passbook, only the owner can update not anyone else ( need some crap letter with certified copy of unit-holders IC). Top-up also like that one. they would ask if the passbook is yours or other people

Tried AS1M, ASM and ASW2020.

Last one belongs to my wife and yes they said I can't update that one.

Wonder why now that they will only update when the passbook original owner is there. Any good reason? Or is it one of our stxxxx M'sia Boleh invention?

For a start, they should not disclose the first 6 digits of IC number. But they still do when announcing winners in competition etc. Isn't one's name and the last 4 digits be sufficient? What is the probability of 2 persons having the same name and also the same last 4 digits? Sorry for going off the topic.

My ASB is fully loaded and I have not collected dividends for the longest time.
Should I take out the dividends and dump it in another Amanah Saham or leave it there
