undead = wotf, priest= devouring plague
orc = stun resist means shit if your a hunter in pve, well there are a few exceptions if your doing the pulls, +axe is good too
troll= berserk. nuff said +bow
tauren= all around goodness with war stomp, pve or pvp and +health ftw too.

human= perception for increased stealth detection and more importantly diplomacy ftw, lesser turn in for everything will make your life a whole lot easier. +wep skills too.
Night Elf= Shadowmeld helps lvling alot and gets you that suprise atk, not to mention saving a ton o money in repair bills if your a hunter who can run in FD,meld and run again.
Dorfs= Stone form, and for priests .. Fear Ward ftw.
gnomes= escape artist .. and that /train makes hordes go 'wtf thats so annoying im just gonna log off till that gnome leaves'
