Used to to pump esso or bhp, now only shell because i concluded that only shell can give the best mileage.. pump the rest definitely get about 20 - 40 km lesser..

I don't keep records. But with Shell I get around 470 - 500km in city driving .. highway about 500 - 550km.. others is around 450 - 480km ..

I have all the same mods as you except for the anti-roll bar.

Strut bar give me a more sold and confidence handling on the steering wheel because you can feel the front has become more rigid.

Agree on the slightly harder ride after the R3 springs but for me I've only encounter twice of scrapping the front. It actually just slightly give about 1 inch drop if I'm not mistaken and that can actually clear a lot high bumps and steep ramps. Been running on it for 20k kms so far and only twice i've encounter scrapping and that also because I didn't realize the steep ramp and went a lil too fast..

Doing mine now .. With fully synt oil 600+ 5L

They follow the service guide posted by proton.. Brake fluid amd coolant .. I only top up to fully synt oil thats why more expensive.. Will do my cvt oil change at 50k

Notice there is one extra thing call screenwasher for 5 bucks.. next time going to screw them for adding unnecessary stuffs in the bill

RM652 using Fully synthetic oil (5L) used 4.3L...

I service at Sing Siang Hin Midah ... I'm not sure if they got experience doing CVT oil anot cause I haven done it.. what i plan to do is to do the CVT oil change outside when it hits 50k.. because in proton service schedule the CVT oil change is at 100k km with a disclaimer below saying that if severe usage, recommended to change at 40k km

Is Shell not petronas .. should be 5w-40
