in between the plastic shifter cage and car chasis, there is some rubber bushing, if u shift too hard there is some free play or when the car getting older, so replace it to a solid one will get a more solid shifting feel.

my old post, but i think picture expired d, cannot press anymore, only can see in thumbnail sizeĀ  sweat.gif

thanks for the pictures man... holy crap 20 versions ago ROFL!

so you recommend to change the bushing as well?
also, rubber bushing tends to abosrb vibrations and what not right? so NVH should be better... would the solid bushing cause additional vibration and what not on the shifter?

so you got the shortshifter and bushing all from torque solutions?
direct shipping from there or what?

=edit=
oh and what is that "another lost puzzle add back to the car"?

yes torque solution , but get from ebay.  smile.gif

oh that is battery cover which come with lancer ralliart, on lancer talak... so i add it back , looks neat  biggrin.gif
*
hmm WilliamHoo is good between 8pm-10pm.
how late you will TT until?

Tentative plan is just go up genting to find william, and if you still at TT maybe come see you after genting.

from ebay will be cheaper than direct TS? or just few usd difference? TS can use credit card, kinda "easier" for me since i live on credit card debts laugh.gif

and the battery cover, only 1 size? inspira is on NS60L right? or NS70L?
how much btw?

Our services manual didn't stated when shall we change the clutch kit, is that base on case to case?
*
i'm an auto driver so i can't give a solid answer, however from what i gathered and what the vets told me:
if it isn't broken (slipping/hard to shift etc), don't fix/replace it biggrin.gif
