I'm looking for an Islamic Bank or an Investment company in Malaysia that is willing to help to finance a project in South Africa (SA) to Saudi investor (as preferred by the investor).

I'm a foreigner, and don't have good knowledge of which Malaysian Banks that give loans overseas (for this case, it's SA).
