1. Universal CUG
Your ‘Closed User Group’ or network for free calls is not limited to only your company’s employees, or to just one or two other companies. We give you free calls to ALL companies and ALL users who are redONE users.

2. Lowest Monthly Commitment
At RM8 a month, we offer the lowest postpaid commitment plan in the market, with no hidden charges or qualifying requirements. We even allow you to share this monthly commitment across all your users.

3. Simple, flat rates
Starting from 10 sen a minute, we charge the same with no peak / off-peak periods, or the need to spend a certain amount to qualify for a lower tariff. With us, what you see is what you get.

4. Fair Data charges
We understand that many people use tablets and smartphones these days, but they currently pay exorbitant rates for casual data usage. For subscribers to our main plans, our data rates are 100 times cheaper than our major competitors.

5. Simple and low Premium IDD
Business is now global, and keeping in touch with overseas partners is more critical. We offer flat rates to the 10 most popular IDD destinations, with no confusing rate tables, poor quality VoIP links, or inconvenient prefixes.

6. Blacklisted users accepted
Unable to sign up to a postpaid plan due to your name being on the telco blacklist? Tired of paying high prepaid rates and having to reload every week? REDtone Mobile welcomes you into our cost-saving community.

7. No long contract periods
We don’t tie you down for 2 years and impose high penalties. We just give you low rates with very few strings attached. Even if we have a phone bundle promotion we stick to these principles.

8. Spending control
With flexible credit limits, you can decide how much each staff or family member can spend every month, starting from RM50, and get their itemised bills sent to your email address.

the differents between plans offered by RedTone is the free data and the call rate
Better choose the RM 8 package rather than buy 58/88 package..

Unless you make call to other networks more than 386 minutes

As for data price, I'm not impressed

using Celcom line coverage is good.. smile.gif

It depends on customer's current usage. If current usage is less than RM50 on average monthly, choose RM8/month will be suitable.

We have unlimited data too.
For pay per use (PPU) is only RM0.10/1000kb. It is 100 times cheaper than our major competitors.

You can pay redONE bill at a payment machine at Celcom Bluecube nationwide or you can also pay at any Petronas stations.

You can also choose for auto debit, so payment is automatic through credit card. You just have to check your bill only.

Payment can also be made via online banking.

Kindly PM me your email, I will send you the registration and agreement forms.

Network coverage for redONE is exactly the same as Celcom coverage. rclxm9.gif

Both telco users enjoy best and widest coverage in the country.

Yes. for 1GB and 3GB are unlimited. After usage reached quota, speed will be throttled to 64kbps like usual unlimited plan.

Another plan for 1GB and 3GB, the speed remains up to 7.2Mbps (H +). There is charges for the usage after it reached quota (RM0.10/1000kb), 100 times cheaper than our major competitors.

No higher than 5GB. Depends on how you use the data.
You can stream movies and videos using WIFI.
3GB should be more than enough.

Line is good as our data speed is full speed, up to 7.2Mbps H+ with largest coverage area.

No one can guarantee the line 100% good as this is kind of mobile line and not a wired line. But usually, the line is good, except during maintenance, some lines will be slightly affected like all other Telcos.

If you really encounter problem with your line, kindly contact me or you can also call 1909 (free of charge for redONE users). We will forward your complain to higher level support team for them to solve.

Each line take RM8 plan. Main line and subline can share monthly commitment while they can enjoy unlimited free calls.

Total monthly commitment is RM16.

Our RM8 low cost back to basics plan is already better than the best deal in the country. rclxm9.gif

So far, we have cheaper data plan comparing to other telcos.

Our PPU charges is RM0.10/1000kb comparing to others RM0.10/10kb (postpaid and prepaid). It is 100 times cheaper than other telcos.

Of course we also have unlimited data plan that comes together with voice call plan.

redONE data plan can use for one month. There is no need to reload everyday. But can top up data if there is not enough.

You can enjoy unlimited free calls with lowest flat rates and you can send a lot of SMSes using watsapp and wechat with our cheaper data plan using only one device.

Your plan is digi long life with digi prepaid RM1 plan:

Call rate is RM0.36sen/min.

Once daily SMS usage hit RM1, the following call rate is RM0.12/min.

This will encourage user to use more or expense more to enjoy lower rate. Note that there is no free calls among all digi users.

If your phone is mainly for receiving calls and make little calls, you can stick to your current plan at the moment. but internet charges will be very high.

Note: RM30 charges for super long life cannot be used.

ok. redONE do not have an annual fee.

Its a low-cost postpaid plan with no validity period unlike postpaid. Here you not need to top up and you can use it for one-month and only pay the bill the next month.

Enjoy unlimited free calls to all redONE icon_idea.gif users. Calls among Tunetalk numbers will be charged.

For prepaid, you have to pay 1st.

Our data speed is full speed 7.2Mbps H+ all the time 24/7 with low charges. thumbup.gif

It depends on how much on average you top up for ur tunetalk number each month.

Thanks Wilson, I'm still considering.

TT Prepaid - Free startup SIM, no registration fee.

Rm38 for 365 day plan. (+Rm12 minimum balance new user.)

Rm45.76 for 52 weeks of 0.88 Sat-Sun data at 2G speed.

.05 per MB data, single use.

So far, it looks like TT slightly ahead if minimal use, especially if some weekends omitted. 2G for simple messaging and occasional online requires a bit of patience but tolerable. However, with some calls and extra days of 0.88 TT costs will catch up with RedOne. Probably for most users, RedOne will be a more satisfactory service overall although not the absolute cheapest.

1GB unlimited is RM30/month only. RM8 voice call plan is included. Its a bundle.

RM8 + RM30 = RM38 (plus 6% government tax). That is all. No other charges because redONE is back to basics plan. thumbup.gif

1. The ‘unlimited free on-net calls’ are granted as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage for individual consumers and business users. This service shall not be re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual making calls to other redONE users in the course of a normal day’s activities and in line with average on-net call frequency and minutes per month.

2. Customers who are found to be abusing the service, with call volumes exceeding 100 hours (6,000 minutes) a month, may have their rights to free calls suspended, or subsequent calls beyond 100 hours will be charged to the customer at the prevailing domestic off-net call rates.

Yes you can pay in advance. The balance will be brought forward to deduct bills on the following months. thumbup.gif

Been using TS service.. Very friendly and fast seller.

Redone also so far impressed me with its coverage (celcom) and price.

Previous bill using celcom and umobile always rm100+
Hopefully this month bill will be a lot cheaper since i subscribe rm38 package only

You're welcome. or you can also buy a 2nd phone.

Ezzy sim is not stable and it will cause your phone "JAM". Not convenient as you have to switch the line manually.

Instead of changing data bundle every month, there's another better option:

You can subscribe 100MB data plan for every month, and when your 100MB is used up, you can temporarily purchase data bundle at *123# to use until month end.

Its confirmed by the big telcos that 6% GST WILL be included in prepaid top-ups. Consumers will either pay RM10.60 for RM10 airtime, or RM10 for RM9.43 airtime. But the GST will still be there. So switch to Postpaid, because we have always charged tax in the monthly bill, and we are still cheaper than prepaid! Get Savings Today!

redone is cheap only if you dont want any Data. Seriously your data prices are totally insane.

Compared to Celcom 38 or U mobile 28 (the latest one) that give 3GB data plus 50/100 mins of call and 50/200 SMS to any network.

One more thing does the RM8 monthly commitment count towards call charges. Meaning if I make 1 call in the whole month for just 1 minute do i pay RM 8 or RM8.10?

No more celcom 38 and 3gb is for limited time only. You can use rm8 to make calls and it is not a rental fee. Cheap flat rate with lowest monthly commitment. Unlimited free calls to whole redONE network. Chepest for making calls. For data, depends on usage. Easy because you can use same simcard for data, no need additional simcard.
