 [HELP] How to install icon set

I'm using the vista transformation pack, i found that i can use the visual style theme , but i don't know how to change the icon , is there any tutorial show how to change the icon ?

Nice theme in this thread !!!

u need iconpackager...
once u have installed them u'll knw hw to change them..
easy to use..
something free?.. try Iconphile..
neway ths thing is already contain in pinned topic..

I got a set of icon which dun hav directory to install in the iconpackager... do i need to install them one by one ?

yup....
other than that u can use package builder which is one of icon packager feat..
so u can build ur own package using the set of icon that u've downloaded..
icon package for icon packager can be found here and here..
yes with this one click everything automatically change.. n u can change invidual icon after as well..

I found some files extension called icon library , how do u open that thing ?

you can view the icon library file by right clicking a shortcut(note that is must be a shortcut of a program). select properties and go to the shortcut tab and click the change icon button at the bottom. click browse and navigate to where your icon library file is and change the files of type to all files. after you selected the icon library file, click open and you will see a list of icons and choose the icons you want and apply it to the shortcut. correct me if i'm wrong.
