 RITZE 2 PERDANA, WORTH BUYING FOR OWN STAY?

HI anyone out there can enlighten me regarding the management and maintenance of Ritze 2?

I'm planning to get a unit 849sf for own stay. However i noticed the maintenance fee has gone up to RM0.35 plus 10% for sinking fund. Plus Gym is not functioning well. Not sure about the rest of facilities. Although the pool looks good.

Any comment on the occupancy rate? maintenance? and why the maintenance fee is so high?

Thanks and would appreciate any advises and comments.

I know a buyer of my unit in ED working in Gamuda Berhad ( office in this PJ trade center).

Last time she wanted to buy ritz , but end up buying my E D.

She said ritzz not so good maintenance so she changed her mind. Buying mine.
