Looks like they're providing a CRM (or client resource management) solution. Something like SAP. I believe SAP is better, but also much more expensive.

CRM or Client Resource Management usually refers to a piece of software used to manage clients data.

SAP is a german company that produces this giant software system that helps large organizations organize all their data. They also happen to have a CRM module within their giant system.

SAP is more famous for obvious reasons. They also have certification courses much like M$, only theirs is a heck of a lot more expensive.

If you need more explanation, I'm afraid I can't help you. This is the best I can do. Sorry, I'm not a very good teacher sad.gif
