Disruptor lategame presence is not that good, ulti is used mainly for the silence but that would only work if you can do the combo easily. The dmg is so mediocre.
He cant push and defend pushes well (third skill can block creeps but...?). Those two aspects are important for lategame supports.
His callback is useful but ppl would have bkb by then, so every spell he has is useless. Buff this n****!!

but i do love playing disruptor..
i always pick him if enemy pick blinking heroes(ie: qop/AM/NP)..always tried to tp them back lol..
kinetic i always used when enemy tp to tower..ez trap..
