its shift tab,the chatting system that dota 2 have...
make ppl cant click or smtg...I didn't shift tab to open msg anymore so im not sure :/

I use alt tab ..
the bug is on shift tab,dota2 prob @@"
been long since I tried since I lazy restart d2 if problem occurs.
seldom use steam chat anyway..but sometimes I hate it when it dc me for no reason= =

tats why I rather they fix the current existing issues before adding in more cosmetics :/
the 25s dc bug also which occurs randomly...dunno is our isp prob or their fault- -
